Music-Gravity

    She gingerly picks up the violin, bending over to reach it in its case on the pavement. Before bringing the bow to the strings, she tucks some dark brown hair behind an ear with two piercing. She blinks, her green eyes shining, as she prepares to create her music. People pass her, and cars roar by in the street. She begins her song nonetheless.    The first note is low, haunting. The violin sings with meloncholy voices. She closes her eyes as the bow drifts across the strings, as if with a mind of its own, she being merely a vessel for the music.
